What makes the A1 Combo special
- Up to 4 colours in one print. The AMS lite holds four spools and swaps them for you. The A1 works with one AMS lite, so four colours is the most at once.
- It calibrates itself. Bed level, nozzle height, vibration and nozzle pressure are measured automatically before each print: no paper test, no manual tuning.
- Print from your phone. Pick a ready model on MakerWorld and start it with one tap in the Bambu Handy app. Bambu Studio on Windows or macOS is there when you want to design or adjust.
- Room to print in. Each print can be up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm.
- Quiet and easy to look after. Silent mode keeps it under 48 dB, and the hotend comes out with a single clip.
- A camera on the job. The built-in low-frame-rate camera (up to 1080p) lets you check a print from the app and records time-lapses.

Which filaments can it print?
Bambu Lab rates PLA, PETG, TPU and PVA as ideal on the A1, and lists ABS, ASA, PC, PA (nylon) and fibre-reinforced filaments as not recommended. Soft TPU (95A and softer), TPE and absorbent PVA should be fed from the external spool holder, not the AMS lite.
