Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.

Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns cover manufacturing defects only, within 15 days, with the box, all contents and the invoice - not change of mind. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.
Questions our customers asked
One AMS lite slot sometimes stops working, and restarting the printer fixes it. What should I check?
Swap that slot's spool with another slot: if the problem moves with the spool, it's the filament; if it stays, it's the slot. Push filament into the slot by hand and pull it back and forth. It should move as smoothly as the other slots; clear any filament bits from its feeder. Check its tube is pushed fully into the hub. Send us a photo of the error on WhatsApp and we'll help; if it keeps happening, bring it to our showroom.
How do I take a tube out of the AMS lite hub without breaking it?
Press the black lock ring around the tube down first (tweezers help), push the tube in slightly, then pull it out gently. Pulling without pressing the lock bends the metal teeth inside, and the hub stops holding the tube. That damage isn't covered by warranty.
Which tools do I need to remove supports and trim my prints?
The A1 and A1 mini boxes come with a plate scraper, Allen keys and a pin for unclogging the nozzle, but nothing for supports. Two simple tools do the job: a flush cutter to snip supports off level with the print, and a deburring tool to shave rough edges, seams and the rims of holes. Bambu Lab makes both. Cut away from your hand, and don't twist or pry with the cutter.
Want multi-colour prints on your first machine?
This is the A1 with the AMS lite included, which is the part that makes multi-colour possible — the plain A1 cannot do it. Build volume is 256 x 256 x 256 mm, the hotend reaches 300 °C, the bed 100 °C, and the toolhead moves at up to 500 mm/s.
One AMS lite is included in this Combo. Any further AMS units are a separate purchase at extra cost — ask us and we will price them.
In the box: the A1, purge wiper, spool holder, a pre-installed stainless steel nozzle, a PTFE tube, a build plate and 20 g of sample filament — plus the AMS lite body, its stand, four rotary spool holders and their PTFE tubes.
The A1 is open-frame, so it suits PLA and PETG rather than ABS and ASA.
Nozzles: it takes the A1-family hotend — we stock the 0.4 mm hardened steel for it.
