Returns & exchanges
Manufacturing defects only within 15 days — not misuse or change of mind.

Repair & warranty service
Start a repair or warranty request — then bring the device, invoice, and box (within 15 days) to our Khoudh showroom. We track every case in our system (no more paper files).
Does online request mean you have my camera?
No — we confirm when you drop off at the showroom. Online request saves time at intake.
