Do you have it?
Open the product page: "In stock" means on our shelf; "Available by order" means we order it in for you.
Is VAT included in the price?
Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT. Delivery is charged separately.
When will it arrive, and how much is delivery?
In-stock items: 1-2 working days anywhere in Oman. Prices and express delivery: see Orders & delivery
Can I pay in installments?
Omani nationals 18+: our own plan on carts from 200.000 OMR, subject to approval.
Everyone: credit-card installments with Bank Muscat, Meethaq or your own bank. All payment plans
Where's the showroom, and when are you open?
Al Khoudh Oasis complex, first floor, showroom 103. Pickup here is free.
Sat-Thu 9 AM-2 PM and 4-9:30 PM. Closed Friday.
Will it fit my camera?
Send us your model on WhatsApp and we'll confirm before you buy.
Do you buy used gear?
We don't buy or trade in. We sell it for you: we list it, handle the buyer and pay you after it sells. Sell your gear
What's in the box?
Body Only means no lens; Kit means a lens is included. Anything else, ask us before you pay.
Installments
Payment plans for pro photo, video, audio & lighting in Oman.
Who qualifies?
Bank EPP, IFIN, Islamic finance, in-house for approved Omani customers. WhatsApp us the product name.
Returns & exchanges
Faulty within 15 days? We take it back. Not covered: misuse, or a change of mind on a working item — ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose.

Warranty
We submit every warranty claim for you. Manufacturer warranty from the purchase date (see product page).

Repair & warranty service
Start a repair or warranty request — then bring the device, invoice, and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom. We track every case in our system (no more paper files).
Does an online request mean you already have my camera?
No — we confirm when you drop off at the showroom. The online request just saves time at intake.

Your first 30-minute session is free — WhatsApp or showroom, Sat–Thu. Fri: WhatsApp first.
