1. Bank Muscat and Meethaq — credit card Easy Payment Plan (EPP)
Bank Muscat and Meethaq Islamic Banking are two separate banks. Both offer a similar facility called Easy Payment Plan (EPP): pay with an eligible credit card at a participating merchant, then repay the bank in fixed monthly installments (typically up to 12 months, subject to bank terms).
SkyOrbits is listed as a participating merchant with both banks. The steps are the same in our showroom: ask for EPP before you pay, and ensure your card has enough available limit.
Bank Muscat (conventional banking)
- For eligible Bank Muscat credit cards (not corporate cards).
- Request EPP at checkout before the card is charged.
- Installment terms, merchant minimums, and approval are set by Bank Muscat.
- Each customer must call Bank Muscat (2479 5555) or check online banking to confirm eligibility before visiting us.

Meethaq Islamic Banking (separate Islamic bank)
- For eligible Meethaq credit cards (Sharia-compliant; not corporate cards).
- Same idea: request EPP at checkout when paying at SkyOrbits.
- Installment terms and approval are set by Meethaq, not by SkyOrbits.
- Each customer must call Meethaq or visit a branch to confirm card eligibility and EPP terms before relying on this option.

Debit card vs credit card — what is the difference?
- Debit card — linked to your current account. Money is taken directly from your balance. It is not a loan and usually cannot be used for installment plans.
- Credit card — a separate credit limit from the bank. You repay the bank later (full statement or installments, depending on your card program).
Important: SkyOrbits does not decide EPP approval. Always confirm with your bank (Bank Muscat or Meethaq) before your purchase.
2. Other banks' credit cards (no SkyOrbits agreement)
We do not have a direct installment agreement with other Omani banks. However, many customers use a credit card from the bank where their salary is transferred.
- Some banks let you convert a purchase to 5% or 10% monthly payments when you apply for the card, or per transaction.
- Rules differ by bank and card type.
You must confirm terms with your own bank before relying on this option. SkyOrbits can process a standard card payment if your bank approves the transaction.
3. IFIN — Bank Nizwa & Al Izz Islamic Bank
IFIN (Islamic Finance Initiation Network) is a Sharia-compliant platform used by partner banks for instant goods financing at authorised retailers.
SkyOrbits supports IFIN applications for customers of:
- Bank Nizwa
- Al Izz Islamic Bank
Visit our showroom with your ID and the mobile number registered with your bank. Approval and profit rates are decided by the bank via IFIN — not by SkyOrbits.
4. Financing & Islamic banks (quotation route)
For all financing companies and Islamic banks in Oman, we provide an official quotation for your chosen equipment.
- Tell us what you need (WhatsApp, showroom, or website cart).
- We issue a quotation on SkyOrbits letterhead.
- You submit the quotation to your financing entity.
- After approval, we arrange delivery or pickup per the finance agreement.
5. In-house installments (management approval)
A short seller payment plan from SkyOrbits — not bank EPP or IFIN. Omani nationals 18+, advance at collection plus two payments (30 & 60 days), approval not guaranteed.
Application, privacy notice, and form are on a dedicated page:
