How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

What nozzle and bed temperature should I use?
The maker lists a nozzle temperature of 190–230 °C and a bed temperature of 45–60 °C, with the part-cooling fan at 100%. Start in the middle of the range and adjust for your printer.
Will it fit my printer?
It is 1.75 mm filament on a 1 kg spool, the size most desktop FDM printers use. Check that your printer takes 1.75 mm filament and that the spool fits its holder or feeder.
How fast can I print with it?
The maker's parameter table lists print speeds under 200 mm/s. Real speed depends on your printer, the model and the quality you want.
How do I get the best shine?
