How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 5.250 OMR for in-stock items. Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.
Questions our customers asked
Can the K2 print ASA or carbon-fibre nylon?
Creality lists PLA, PETG, PET, ABS and PLA-CF for the K2. For ASA, PA-CF and PPA-CF it lists the K2 Pro and K2 Plus, which heat the chamber up to 60 °C.
Does the K2 Combo print more than 4 colours?
This Combo includes one CFS for 4 colours. 16 colours needs four CFS units; the three extra units are sold separately.
Is the K2 enclosed?
Yes. Creality lists the K2 frame as enclosed; unlike the K2 Pro and K2 Plus it has no chamber heater.

The Creality K2 is the smallest of the K2, K2 Pro and K2 Plus: an enclosed 3D printer with three step-servo motors and speeds up to 600 mm/s. This Combo includes one CFS unit for printing in up to 4 colours.
