How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 5.250 OMR for in-stock items. Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Does the SparkX i7 Color Combo come with filament?
Only a small sample. Filament is sold separately. It prints PLA, PETG, PLA-CF and hard TPU (Shore 64D or harder).
How many colours can it print?
Up to 4 colours in one print, using the CFS Lite that is included in this Combo. Creality RFID filament is recognised automatically.
Is the printer menu available in Arabic?
Yes. Creality lists Arabic among the printer's menu languages, together with English and 10 others.

The Creality SparkX i7 is an FFF 3D printer with direct-drive extrusion, a 260 x 260 x 255 mm build volume, an AI camera and a quick-swap hotend. This Color Combo adds the CFS Lite, a 4-slot filament box for printing in up to 4 colours.
