How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat & Meethaq credit-card holders can pay online over 12 months, 0% interest, no fees, on orders from 100.000 OMR (website or app). Omani nationals 18+ can apply for our in-house plan (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.
Questions our customers asked
How many colours or materials can it print in one job?
Up to nine. Each of the nine PrintTools has its own filament path and heater, fed from the nine-spool AMS 3H, so the printer does not have to unload one filament before loading the next.
Can it print soft TPU?
Yes. TPU goes through the AMS 3H bypass feed, which is also the only way to use 2.85 mm filament. Bambu lists ultra-soft TPU printing at up to 3× the speed.
What power and network does it need?
A 200–240 V, 50/60 Hz supply. It draws up to 2,250 W for about 3–5 minutes while the bed heats, and a Low Power Mode helps on limited circuits. It connects over Wi-Fi 6; there is no Ethernet port.

The H3C is Bambu Lab's tool-changer 3D printer. Each of its nine PrintTools has its own filament path and heater, so every material stays loaded and pre-heated, and the AMS 3H on top stores and feeds up to nine spools in a sealed, fully enclosed system. This combo is the printer with the AMS 3H.
