How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.
Want two nozzles and a heated chamber without paying for an AMS you may not need yet?
The Bambu Lab X2D is the printer on its own: enclosed, dual-nozzle, and its chamber is actively heated to 65 °C. Build volume is 256 x 256 x 260 mm, the hotend reaches 300 °C and the toolhead moves at up to 1,000 mm/s.
No AMS is in the box. Add an AMS 2 Pro later for up to 25 colours, or choose the X2D Combo, which includes one.
Two things Bambu states plainly and so do we: Flow Dynamics Calibration runs on the main nozzle only, and the auxiliary nozzle's print quality is slightly below the main one. It uses the AMS 2 Pro and does not support the AMS lite.
Nozzles: this machine takes the H2D-family hotends, not the A1 ones. We sell 0.2 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm.
