How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat & Meethaq credit-card holders can pay online over 12 months, 0% interest, no fees, on orders from 100.000 OMR (website or app). Omani nationals 18+ can apply for our in-house plan (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Do X5 accessories fit the X6?
Not always. General 1/4in mounts carry over, but X6-only accessories — the Fast Charge Case (CINSBBXB), Invisible Dive Case Pro (CINSBBXG) and Lens Cap (CINSBBXM) — are made only for the X6 and will not fit the X5 or X4 Air. Check the accessory's model code before buying.
What does the 1-year Insta360 Official Limited Warranty cover?
Every Insta360 X6 we sell carries Insta360's official 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, handled through Insta360's own service channel — not a third-party warranty.
Which colour is in stock?
Black ships immediately from our shelf. White sells by order — message us and we'll bring it in for you.
Is the X6 waterproof without a case?
Yes — natively to 20m/66ft, no case needed. For deeper dives (up to 60m/197ft) use the Invisible Dive Case Pro, sold separately.
