How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat & Meethaq credit-card holders can pay online over 12 months, 0% interest, no fees, on orders from 100.000 OMR (website or app). Omani nationals 18+ can apply for our in-house plan (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Is this the whole AMS lite?
No. It is only the filament hub, the small part on the toolhead where the four tubes from the AMS lite meet.
Which printers is it for?
It is the hub of Bambu's AMS lite. If you are not sure it matches your setup, message us your printer model before ordering.
What comes in the pack?

Filament not feeding from your AMS lite into the toolhead? The AMS lite Filament Hub is the small part where all four tubes meet.
This is Bambu Lab's official AMS lite Filament Hub, a replacement part. One end takes the four PTFE tubes from the AMS lite (up to four filaments); the other end sits on top of the extruder and feeds the chosen filament into the toolhead. It is a single part, not the full AMS lite unit.
