How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.
Who films the moment when both your hands are busy?
That is the whole idea of the Insta360 GO Ultra. It is a 4K camera small enough to wear — clip it to a collar, hang it on the magnet pendant, stick it to a helmet — and it keeps filming while you cook, ride, work or play with the kids. There is no phone to hold and no rig to set up.
It comes apart into two pieces. The tiny camera goes wherever you need it. The Action Pod is the screen and the remote, so you can see the shot and control it from a distance.
What is in this Creator Bundle, in Insta360's own words: 1x Insta360 GO Ultra, 1x Mini 2-in-1 Tripod 2.0, 1x Pivot Stand, 1x Quick Release Mount, 1x Magnetic Easy Clip, 1x Magnet Pendant, 1x Quick Release Safety Cord, and 1x Lens Guard.
Two things to know before you buy. First, unlike earlier GO cameras, the GO Ultra has no built-in memory — you need a microSD card, sold separately. Second, Insta360's own safety note: if you have a pacemaker, do not wear the GO Ultra on your chest and do not use the magnet pendant.
