The Insta360 Invisible Selfie Stick + Tripod is both, in one handle. Extended it reaches 1.05 m. Twist the bottom and three legs fold out, and the same stick stands on its own for time-lapses, group shots and going live — no second accessory to carry.

On a 360 camera the stick is stitched out of the shot automatically, so the footage looks like a small drone is flying beside you and nothing is holding the camera at all. It mounts with a standard 1/4in screw, so it also takes anything else with a 1/4in thread.

One thing to be clear about: the stick only disappears on the 360 cameras — the X series. On Ace Pro 2, Ace Pro, the GO family and Luna Ultra it works as an ordinary selfie stick and tripod, and it is visible in the frame, because those are not 360 cameras.
