How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Do I need a receiver to use it?
Not for every setup. DJI says the transmitter can record to its built-in storage, connect directly to select DJI OsmoAudio devices, or connect to a smartphone by Bluetooth for third-party apps. This listing has no receiver; DJI sells receivers in its combos.
How long can it record on its own?
About 28 hours at 24-bit or about 22 hours at 32-bit float, using its built-in 14.5 GB. It has no memory card slot, and 32-bit float is turned on in the DJI Mimo app.
Does it work with my DJI Mic Mini or Mic Mini 2?
DJI says the Mini 2S transmitter and receiver are compatible with Mic Mini and Mic Mini 2 (older transmitters on the latest firmware), but not with Mic, Mic 2 or Mic 3. See DJI's compatibility list on its Downloads page. One Mini 2S Receiver can pair up to 4 transmitters.

Good to know: this is the transmitter only. The receiver and charging case are not part of this listing. DJI says the Mini 2S transmitter and receiver work with Mic Mini and Mic Mini 2, not with Mic, Mic 2 or Mic 3. When it is connected directly to a phone by Bluetooth, it does not record in the phone's own camera app.
