Questions our customers asked
Is it in stock now?
If it's in the showroom you'll have it in 1-2 working days across Oman, same day in Seeb and Bawsher. If it's by order, we usually bring it within about a week — message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the exact time for this item.
How long is the warranty?
One year with Skyorbits, and we handle the warranty claim for you.
Can I pay on delivery?
Cash or card on delivery is available in Seeb and Bawshar only. It appears at checkout once you enter your address.
Do you offer installments?
Yes, two ways: our in-house plan for Omani nationals aged 18+ on carts from 200.000 OMR (50% on collection, 28% at 30 days, 22% at 60 days, with management approval), or a Bank Muscat or Meethaq credit card plan open to everyone, subject to your bank's approval. Details are on our installments page.
Do you ship to the GCC?
Yes, to all GCC countries. Drone shipping is a flat 25.500 OMR including VAT per order, however many drones are in it.
Do you repair cameras?
Yes — send a repair request through our repair page, and track it on the repair-status page.
Can I fly it without a remote?
Yes. It takes off from your palm and you control it with hand gestures or the app, while ActiveTrack follows you automatically. You can pair a compatible DJI remote later.
It weighs 151 g — do I still need a licence?
Yes. In Oman every drone with a camera must be registered and licensed, whatever its weight — the exemption covers only toy drones with no camera. Before handover we transfer the drone to your own Serb account, and you fly only where Serb shows it is allowed.
A palm-sized selfie drone that takes off from your hand — no remote needed to start flying.
DJI Neo 2 weighs just 151g and launches straight from your palm, using gesture control and ActiveTrack to follow you automatically. A 1/2-inch 12MP sensor records 4K/60fps video (up to 4K/100fps slow motion) with 2-axis gimbal stabilization, and omnidirectional obstacle sensing — vision, forward LiDAR, and downward infrared — keeps close-range flying safe. This listing is drone-only, with no remote controller included.
Who it's for: travelers, vloggers and social creators who want simple, hands-free aerial and selfie shots.
