How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Is the Deco BE22 the same as the Deco BE25?
Both are BE3600 dual-band Wi-Fi 7 mesh systems with the same wireless speed, 2882 Mbps (5 GHz) + 688 Mbps (2.4 GHz), per TP-Link. The difference is the wired ports: the BE22 has 2 × 1.0 Gbps ports per unit and the BE25 has 2 × 2.5 Gbps. If your internet plan is 1 Gbps or slower, the BE22 is enough.
How many devices and how much space does the 3-pack cover?
TP-Link says the Deco BE22 3-pack covers up to 6,500 ft² (600 m²) and connects over 150 devices. These figures come from TP-Link's lab tests; actual coverage and device counts vary with walls, materials and the devices themselves.
Does it work with my internet provider and modem?
TP-Link's box says Deco works with any internet service provider. It connects to your modem or your provider's router, in router mode or access point mode, and setup is done in the TP-Link Deco app on iOS or Android.
Weak Wi-Fi upstairs or in the majlis? Three Deco BE22 units work as one Wi-Fi 7 network across the whole house.

Good to know: a modem or your provider's router is still needed for internet access. The ports are 1.0 Gbps: for an internet plan faster than 1 Gbps or a 2.5 Gbps NAS, a Deco with 2.5 Gbps ports is the better pick. Wi-Fi 7 speeds need devices that support Wi-Fi 7.
