How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

How many devices and how much space does the 3-pack cover?
TP-Link says the Deco X50-PoE 3-pack covers up to 6,500 ft² (600 m²) and handles connections for over 150 devices. TP-Link notes that actual coverage and device counts are not guaranteed and vary with walls, materials and the devices themselves.
Do I need a PoE switch to power the units?
No. TP-Link says each unit can be powered by 802.3at PoE or by a 12V DC power adapter, and the 3-pack includes 3 power adapters. PoE is optional, for a single cable carrying data and power.
Does it work with my internet provider and modem?
TP-Link says Deco works with any internet service provider and modem. It connects to your modem or provider's router, and you may need a modem that is compatible with your provider. Setup is done in the Deco app on Android or iOS.
Dead Wi-Fi corners in a big house? Three Deco X50-PoE units work as one network and can be powered over the Ethernet cable.

Good to know: a modem or ISP router is still needed for internet access (TP-Link says you may need a modem compatible with your provider). Faster speeds need devices that support Wi-Fi 6, and 2.5 Gbps internet needs a compatible plan and equipment.
