How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 5.250 OMR for in-stock items. Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns cover manufacturing defects only, within 15 days, with the box, all contents and the invoice - not change of mind. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Is it in stock now?
If it's in the showroom you'll have it in 1-2 working days across Oman, same day in Seeb and Bawsher. If it's by order, we usually bring it within about a week — message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the exact time for this item.
How long is the warranty?
One year with Skyorbits, and we handle the warranty claim for you.
Can I pay on delivery?
Cash or card on delivery is available in Seeb and Bawshar only. It appears at checkout once you enter your address.
Do you offer installments?
Yes, two ways: our in-house plan for carts from 200.000 OMR (50% on collection, 28% at 30 days, 22% at 60 days, after we review your request), or your Bank Muscat or Meethaq credit card plan subject to your bank's approval. Details are on our installments page.
Do you ship to the GCC?
Yes, to all GCC countries. Shipping is priced by the weight of your order and shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Yes — send a repair request through our repair page, and track it on the repair-status page.
The DJI Osmo Action 6 is DJI's flagship action camera — the first with a variable f/2.0–f/4.0 aperture and a large 1/1.1-inch sensor for sharp, low-light footage. It is waterproof to 20 m on its own (60 m with the dedicated case) and records for up to four hours.
