Delivery & Shipping
We deliver your order fast, safely, and reliably across Oman. Please read our delivery terms below before placing your order.
📍 Delivery coverage
- Domestic delivery — we deliver to all cities and regions across the Sultanate of Oman.
- International delivery — we also ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners.
⏱ Processing time
Orders are processed Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+4) are processed the same working day; orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Friday, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.

Please note: delivery times may vary during holidays, promotion periods, or due to customs clearance procedures.
💵 Delivery charges
- Home delivery: flat 2 OMR — free on orders over 50 OMR.
- Express (Seeb, Bawshar & Muscat): 5 OMR for in-stock items.
- Showroom pickup (Al Khoudh, Muscat): free.
- International orders: calculated by destination country and package weight/size, shown at checkout before you confirm.
📦 Delivery method
All orders are shipped via approved, reliable courier partners. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification with tracking details (where available).
❗ Failed delivery attempts
If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a second attempt is made. If delivery still cannot be completed, the order is returned to us and additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
🔍 Inspection upon delivery
Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. If any product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify the delivery agent immediately and report it to us within 24 hours at info@skyorbits.tech.
