- Fixes an issue where hot-swapping the camera control cable could cause a connection failure.
Should you update?
Update now
DJI resets the motor parameters with this update, so run the gimbal's auto calibration after it. If a camera is mounted, protect the camera and lens: the motors switch off during the update.
How to update
- Update the DJI Ronin app to the latest version.
- Connect the gimbal to DJI Ronin by Bluetooth and follow the update prompt. Don't disconnect the app from the gimbal until it finishes.
- If a camera is mounted and the gimbal is on, protect the camera and lens: the motors switch off during the update.
- After the update, run the gimbal's auto calibration: DJI resets the motor parameters.
If the update fails: restart the gimbal and retry.
