How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Do the Redmi Buds 8 Active have active noise cancelling?
Xiaomi's page lists dual-mic AI noise reduction for calls and wind-noise reduction for wind up to 6 m/s. It does not list active noise cancelling for music. They have a semi-in-ear design.
What does it work with, and which codecs does it support?
It connects by Bluetooth 5.4 and supports SBC and AAC. The Xiaomi Earbuds app (Android 7.0 or later, iOS 14.0 or later) sets the EQ and gesture controls and updates the firmware. It can connect to two devices at once and supports Google Fast Pair.
What is in the box, and how long does the battery last?
Xiaomi lists the earbuds, the charging case and a user manual. Battery is 7 hours on the earbuds and 37 hours with the case, tested with Bluetooth AAC at 50% volume. Real use will vary.

Good to know: Xiaomi describes noise reduction for calls (dual-mic AI) and wind-noise reduction. Its page does not list active noise cancelling for music. IP54 is not for hot water, bathing, showering or swimming. Battery figures come from Xiaomi lab tests and real use will vary.
