How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Does the Nanopresso heat the water for me?
No — you pour in hot water yourself. That's what keeps it this small and lets it work with no electricity and no battery at all.
Which capsules work with the included NS Adapter?
Nespresso Original compatible capsules only — not Vertuo. Nespresso is a third-party trademark; Wacaco is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nespresso.
Can I use ground coffee instead of capsules?
Yes — finely ground coffee, tamped hard, straight into the basket, without the NS Adapter.
Real espresso, at eighteen bars, with no plug and no battery?
The Wacaco Nanopresso is hand powered. Its patented pumping system reaches a maximum of 18 bars (261 PSI) using nothing but your hands, which is why the shot comes out with a proper crema instead of the thin coffee most travel makers produce.
It works two ways. With finely ground coffee, tamped hard, straight into the basket. Or with the NS Adapter that is included in this set, which lets it take Nespresso Original compatible capsules — already ground, measured and tamped, so the result is the same cup every time and there is almost nothing to clean.
One thing to know before you buy: the Nanopresso does not heat the water. You pour hot water in. That is how it stays this small and needs no power at all.
