How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 5.250 OMR for in-stock items. Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Do I need a computer to scan?
No. In standalone mode the Sermoon P1 scans, processes and exports on the device. You can also connect it to a Windows or macOS PC by cable or Wi-Fi.
Is a carry case included?
No. Creality's website shows a portable case, but the packing list in our box (and Creality's quick start guide) has none. The box holds the scanner, calibration board, power adapter, markers, spare battery, lanyard, USB-C cable, cleaning cloth and guides.
How accurate is it?
Creality quotes up to 0.02 mm with the blue laser and up to 0.075 mm with near-infrared (NIR).

The Creality Sermoon P1 is a portable 3D scanner with blue-laser and near-infrared (NIR) light, a 6-inch touchscreen and its own Qualcomm processor, so it works on its own, wired to a PC or over Wi-Fi 7.

Good to know: Creality's guide says the blue-laser modes need reflective markers, which are in the box. QuickSurface software is a paid extra and not included; for a PC, CrealityScan 4 is downloaded from the Creality wiki.
