How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 5.250 OMR for in-stock items. Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.
Questions our customers asked
Is resin included?
No. Resin is sold separately. The printer is made for 405 nm UV resin, and the RFID auto-settings work with official Creality resin bottles.
What does the Auto Feed Unit do?
It feeds resin from the bottle into the vat automatically, monitors resin level and weight, reads RFID resin settings and warms the resin. It is included in this Combo.
Which slicer does it use?
Creality lists HALOT BOX and CHITUBOX.

The Creality HALOT-X1 is an LCD resin 3D printer with a 10.1-inch 16K mono screen (15120 x 6230 px) and a 211.68 x 118.37 x 200 mm print size. In this Combo, the Auto Feed Unit (AFU) adds automatic resin feeding, level and weight monitoring and resin heating.

Good to know: Resin is not included. The RFID auto-settings need official Creality resin bottles. Creality's FAQ says the light intensity is fixed and recommends its own resins. Wear the gloves and respirator from the box when you handle resin.
