How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 5.250 OMR for in-stock items. Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

What is the difference between the K2 Pro and the K2?
The K2 Pro prints larger (300 mm vs 260 mm on each side), heats its chamber up to 60 °C, has an AI camera at the nozzle and all-metal frame parts; the K2 has none of these. Both Combos include one CFS.
Which filaments work in the CFS?
Creality's CFS table lists PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PET and PLA-CF, and says the CFS does not suit flexible TPU.
Does the Combo include extra CFS units?
No. It includes one CFS (4 colours). Creality says up to four can be linked for 16 colours; the extra units are sold separately.

The Creality K2 Pro is a CoreXY 3D printer with active chamber heating, a hardened-steel 0.4 mm nozzle and speeds up to 600 mm/s. This Combo includes one CFS unit for printing in up to 4 colours.
