How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 5.250 OMR for in-stock items. Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Can the K2 Plus Combo print in 16 colours out of the box?
No. This Combo includes one CFS unit, which gives 4 colours. Creality says 16 colours needs four CFS units, so three more are sold separately.
Which filaments can it print?
Creality lists PLA, ABS, PETG, PET, ASA, PLA-CF, PA-CF and PPA-CF. The chamber heated up to 60 °C helps with warping-prone filaments such as ASA.
Does the CFS take any spool?
It takes 1 kg spools 197-202 mm across and 42-68 mm wide. Creality says it does not suit flexible TPU, damp BVOH/PVA or warped cardboard spools.

The Creality K2 Plus is a large-format 3D printer with an actively heated chamber (up to 60 °C), a hardened-steel nozzle that reaches 350 °C and speeds up to 600 mm/s. This Combo includes one CFS unit for printing in up to 4 colours.
