How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat & Meethaq credit-card holders can pay online over 12 months, 0% interest, no fees, on orders from 100.000 OMR (website or app). Omani nationals 18+ can apply for our in-house plan (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

What is the difference from the NTH-100?
The NTH-50 is on-ear: the cups rest on your ears and it weighs 220 g. The NTH-100 is over-ear, with cups that go around the ears.
Will it plug into my audio interface or mixer?
Yes. It has a 3.5 mm plug and comes with a 3.5 mm to 6.35 mm (1/4") adaptor for interfaces, mixers and consoles.
Can I replace the cable or cushions if they wear out?
Yes. RODE built it to be modular: the ear cushions, head cushion and cables can be replaced.

The RODE NTH-50 is a closed-back, on-ear headphone for monitoring and editing. A custom-matched 40 mm dynamic driver gives a 5 Hz to 35 kHz response, and the closed design blocks about 21 dBA of the room around you. It is light at 220 g, with an aluminium frame, memory-foam ear cushions and a detachable coiled cable.

Good to know: On-ear means the cups rest on your ears rather than around them. If you want over-ear cups, look at the RODE NTH-100.
