The Sirui IronStar 35mm T1.9 is a manual-focus anamorphic cine lens with a constant 1.5x squeeze, which delivers a 2.39:1 widescreen frame on a full-frame camera along with the stretched background and oval highlights anamorphic is bought for. At 35mm the horizontal field is equivalent to roughly a 23mm spherical lens on full-frame. Its 46mm image circle covers full-frame and larger sensors. The mount is native PL with a user-interchangeable EF mount included. The housing carries 0.8 MOD focus and iris gears positioned identically across the whole series for fast lens swaps, a 270° focus throw and a 16-blade iris.
