The X-Processor 5 adds subject-detection autofocus built on deep learning — it holds faces and eyes, and also tracks animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, aeroplanes and trains, which medium format historically could not do. 8 stops of five-axis in-body stabilisation, the best in the GFX System, is what makes it hand-holdable at all.
