How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 5.250 OMR for in-stock items. Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Which printers can use TPU 95A HF?
Bambu Lab's filament page names no printer list. It says TPU 95A HF is not compatible with any AMS, the Cool Plate SuperTack, or the hotend with the 0.2 mm stainless steel nozzle.
Can I use it in the AMS / AMS Lite?
No. Bambu Lab says TPU 95A HF is not compatible with any AMS. Print it from the external spool holder. For the AMS, use Bambu TPU for AMS instead.
How much faster is it than normal TPU?
Bambu Lab says 3 times faster than standard TPU 95A: max volumetric speed 12 mm³/s vs 3.6 mm³/s and printing speed 147 mm/s vs 44 mm/s, both at a 230 °C nozzle.
Do I need to dry it?
Yes. TPU 95A HF is highly sensitive to humidity, so Bambu Lab recommends drying it before use and after storage.
