How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 5.250 OMR for in-stock items. Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Which printers does the Mag-Alloy Scraper fit?
It is a hand tool for removing prints from a build plate, not a printer part, so it is not tied to one model. Bambu Lab's page lists no printer compatibility.
What comes in the box?
The scraper, 1 extra blade and 1 adhesive-backed steel plate.
How do I store it?
Magnets are built into the handle so it sticks to metal surfaces, or to a plastic panel using the included adhesive-backed steel plate. A silicone sleeve covers the blade after use.
Is it a fight to get a print off the plate without scratching it? The Bambu Lab Mag-Alloy Scraper is designed to slide under stubborn prints with minimal effort.
The Mag-Alloy Scraper is machined from a single piece of aluminium alloy. The handle angle is tuned so the blade slides into the narrow gap under a print, and its structure sits flush against the build plate to reduce the risk of scratches. It comes with an extra blade.
