How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Which printer does the PTFE Tube Connector fit?

Which way round does it go?
The tube from the buffer output goes to the IN end and the tube from the toolhead goes to the OUT end. Bambu Lab warns that a reversed connection may block the filament.
When should I replace it?
When the PTFE tube cannot be held in place, for example it will not stay fixed on the extruder, or when filament cannot pass through the connector.

The PTFE Tube Connector is a pneumatic connector that holds the PTFE tube in place. It joins the PTFE tube that runs between the buffer and the toolhead, at the back of the printer. Bambu Lab lists it for the P2S, X1C, X1E, P1P, P1S, H2C, H2D Pro, H2S and H2D.
- Fits: Bambu Lab P2S, X1C, X1E, P1P, P1S, H2C, H2D Pro, H2S and H2D
- Joins the PTFE tube between the buffer and the toolhead, mounted on the back of the printer
- Replace it when the PTFE tube cannot be secured (for example it will not stay fixed on the extruder) or when filament cannot pass through it
- Direction matters: connect the tube from the buffer output to the IN end and the tube from the toolhead to the OUT end. A reversed connection may cause a filament blockage
- When you are not using an AMS, Bambu Lab says to remove the feed tube connector from the OUT end and insert the filament straight into the toolhead PTFE tube
