How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 5.250 OMR for in-stock items. Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Which printers can use Lubricant Grease?
Bambu Lab lists the compatibility as All Series. One exception from the wiki: do not put oil or grease on the X-axis carbon rods of the X1 Series or P1 Series.
What is the grease for, and what is the oil for?
Grease lubricates lead screws and removes noise between belts and idle pulleys. Lubricant Oil is for linear guides, slide rails and steel shafts.
How often should I reapply it?
Bambu Lab says to inspect and reapply lubricant to the lead screws and guide rails about every 3 months.
Is a lead screw on your Bambu Lab printer getting noisy or dry? Lubricant Grease is the official grease for lead screws and for quieting belts against idle pulleys.
Lubricant Grease from Bambu Lab is used to lubricate lead screws, or to remove noise between belts and idle pulleys. Bambu Lab lists it for all its printer series.
