How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat & Meethaq credit-card holders can pay online over 12 months, 0% interest, no fees, on orders from 100.000 OMR (website or app). Omani nationals 18+ can apply for our in-house plan (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

How big can I print?
The build volume is 330 x 320 x 325 mm. The printer itself measures 544 x 529 x 505 mm and weighs 12.8 kg, so plan the desk space.
How many colours can it print in one job?
The AMS lite in this Combo holds four spools, so four colours or materials in one print. Filament is sold separately.
Which filaments can I use?
PLA, PETG, TPU and PVA in 1.75 mm. Carbon-filled PLA-CF and PETG-CF need a hardened-steel nozzle.

The Bambu Lab A2L is an open-frame FDM printer with a 330 x 320 x 325 mm build volume. This Combo adds the AMS lite, which holds four spools and swaps filament for you during a print. The printer calibrates itself, compensates for vibration, and watches the job with filament run-out, tangle and clumping sensors plus a built-in camera for monitoring and timelapse.

Good to know: It prints PLA, PETG, TPU and PVA. Carbon-filled PLA-CF and PETG-CF need a hardened-steel nozzle, which is a separate part. The A2L is open-frame, so it is not meant for materials that need a heated enclosure.
