How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Can it charge a laptop, a phone and a tablet at the same time?
Yes, it has three USB-C ports. Anker rates it at 160W total, up to 140W from a single port, and 160W maximum when two or three ports are in use. In its own lab test in AI Mode 2.0, Anker charged a 16-inch MacBook Pro, an iPhone 16 Pro Max and an 11-inch iPad Pro from 20% to 80% in the same time as three original chargers (140W + 35W + 35W).
Which devices does the box say it works with?
Anker's box lists iPhone 16/15/14/13/12, iPad Pro/Air/Mini, MacBook Air/Pro, AirPods, Apple Watch, Galaxy S25/S24/S23/S22/S21 and Pixel 8/7/6. A laptop only charges at full speed if the charger can supply the wattage it asks for.
