How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 5.250 OMR for in-stock items. Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns cover manufacturing defects only, within 15 days, with the box, all contents and the invoice - not change of mind. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Which Ronin stabilizers does the Incontrol work with?
Movmax's guide calls it "Incontrol for DJI Ronin Stabilizers", and it connects at the stabilizer's RS connection point. The guide does not list individual models, so send us yours on WhatsApp before you order and we will confirm it.
How do I pair the controller with the receiver?
Switch the stabilizer on (the receiver's green light flashes slowly). Press the receiver's small pairing hole with a card pin until its light flashes fast, then switch the controller on. When both green lights stay on, they are paired.
What battery does it use and how long does it take to charge?
One 18650 battery. Charge it through the controller's Type-C port at 5V 0.5A: a full charge takes about 6-7 hours, and you can keep using the controller while it charges.
The sticks feel off-centre. Can I recalibrate them?
Yes. Hold the Record and Return-to-Home buttons while you switch on; a fast red flash means calibration mode. Move the roll control once, tilt up and down once, then pan left and right once. Each stick ends with an alarm beep. Press Return-to-Home again: two beeps and a green light mean it worked.

The MOVMAX Incontrol is a wireless remote controller for DJI Ronin stabilizers. A small receiver fits on the stabilizer's RS connection point and the controller talks to it over 2.4 GHz, so you control pan, tilt and roll from two wooden handles.
What is on the controller (per Movmax's guide):
- Joystick: left/right moves the PAN axis, up/down moves the TILT axis
- Roll axis toggle, plus forward/reverse adjustment for the Roll, Tilt and Pan axes
- Speed + / - buttons for each axis
- Record button and Return-to-Home (RTH) button
- Status light: green = connected, slow red flash = the receiver has no power, steady red = not connected
Power: one 18650 battery, fitted after you undo the two handle screws on the front. Charge it through the controller's Type-C port (5V 0.5A, about 6-7 hours for a full charge). The controller can be used while it charges, and it sounds an alarm when the battery runs low.
Setting up: fit the receiver on the RS connection point and tighten its two screws, switch the stabilizer on (the receiver lights green), then switch the controller on with a long press of the power button. A steady green light on the controller means it is connected.
