How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Will the suction cup damage my car's paint protection film?
Movmax says it will not, as long as the film itself has no defects or quality problems.
How do I use the vacuum pump properly?
Put two fingers on both ends of the pump and press together. Pressing one end only can crack the pump or let air leak, and you lose suction.
What camera weight can it hold?
About 150-500 g (5.3-17.6 oz), which suits compact action cameras such as the DJI Osmo Pocket, GoPro and Insta360. Fit the included counterweights for the smoothest result.
Do I still need a safety tether?
Yes. Movmax recommends a safety harness or other backup alongside the suction cup, especially after any suction-cup problem.
Does your car footage shake every time the road gets rough?
The Movmax Blade Arm is a suction-cup arm that soaks up vibration while you film from a car. Movmax describes it as a damping system for film and television that reduces vibration during car shooting and keeps the picture steady and smooth, for sports and action cameras.
How it works: the suction cup holds the arm to a clean, smooth surface, your camera screws on with a 1/4"-20 connector, and the included counterweights balance the load.

Getting a safe, firm hold (from Movmax's own FAQ):
- Work the vacuum pump with two fingers on both ends. Pressing one end only can crack the pump or let air leak, and you lose suction.
- On a car with protective film, the suction cup will not damage the film as long as the film itself has no defects or quality problems.
- If the adjustable handle reaches the end of its travel, lift the handle screws, turn them back to the start position and keep locking.
- If the vacuum bolt comes off: put a little grease on top of the vacuum plug, push the bolt back into the pump and tighten it clockwise until it bottoms out, without over-tightening.
- Use a safety harness or other backup as well. Movmax recommends this, especially after any suction-cup problem.

Warranty: the Blade Arm and its suction cup carry a 1-year (12-month) manufacturer warranty from Movmax, tracked by the unit's serial number. It covers manufacturing defects only, not physical or accidental damage, external force or misuse.

تثبيت آمن وقوي (من الأسئلة الشائعة الرسمية عند Movmax):
- شغّل مضخة التفريغ بإصبعين على طرفيها مع بعض. الضغط على طرف واحد ممكن يشقق المضخة أو يسرّب الهواء وتفقد قوة الشفط.
- على السيارة اللي عليها فيلم حماية، كوب الشفط ما يضر الفيلم بشرط إن الفيلم نفسه سليم وبدون عيوب.
- إذا وصل المقبض القابل للتعديل لآخر مداه، ارفع مسماري المقبض وارجع بهم لوضع البداية وكمّل الشد.
- إذا طلع مسمار التفريغ: حط شوية شحم على أعلى سدادة التفريغ، وارجع المسمار في المضخة وشدّه باتجاه عقارب الساعة لين آخره، بدون ما تبالغ بالشد.
- استخدم حزام أمان أو أي حماية احتياطية بعد. Movmax توصي بذلك، خصوصاً بعد أي مشكلة بكوب الشفط.

الضمان: الذراع وكوب الشفط عليهم ضمان من الشركة المصنّعة Movmax لمدة سنة كاملة (12 شهر)، مرتبط بالرقم التسلسلي للوحدة. يغطي عيوب التصنيع فقط، وما يغطي الكسر أو التلف العرضي أو القوة الخارجية أو سوء الاستخدام.
