A compact full-frame cine prime with a true T1.5 and a 210-degree focus throw.
The Thypoch Simera-C 35mm T1.5 is a fully mechanical full-frame cine prime for Sony E mount. Its 43.2mm image circle covers full-frame and also works on Super 35 and APS-C, and the T1.5 to T16 iris uses 16 blades for round, cinematic bokeh. The 210-degree focus throw leaves room for precise manual pulls, and the optics combine aspherical, low-dispersion and high-refractive-index elements with a multilayer coating to hold contrast and control flare. Focus and iris gears follow the standard 0.8 MOD pitch, so one follow-focus setup carries across the whole Simera-C set. It is manual only — there are no electronic contacts, so no autofocus and no lens data recorded in your files.
Who it's for: independent filmmakers and content creators building a compact, matched cine set for Sony E cameras.
