Questions our customers asked
Does the Lux Junior II fit my camera?
This model has Godox's hybrid hot shoe for Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm and OM SYSTEM / Panasonic cameras. Sony cameras use a separate Godox model, the Lux Junior II S.
Can I use it on a film camera?
Yes. The AUTO mode and the 2.5 mm sync port let it connect to film cameras that have a PC sync socket: set the camera's ISO and aperture on the flash and it gives the fill light automatically.
Can it fire off the camera?
Yes. It has a built-in 2.4 GHz wireless receiver (groups A to D, 32 channels), so a compatible Godox transmitter can trigger it off the camera.
How many flashes per charge?
About 400 full-power flashes from the built-in lithium battery, with a recycle time of about 1.5 seconds. It charges by USB-C.
Want a flash that looks like it belongs on a film camera but still does TTL?
The Godox Lux Junior II keeps the retro look and adds what modern shooting needs. It has TTL, AUTO, 1/8000 s high-speed sync and a built-in 2.4 GHz wireless receiver, in a light body that lies flat in a bag. Godox built it for street shooting, indoor portraits, film photography and documentary work.
