How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 5.250 OMR for in-stock items. Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Can it measure flash and studio strobes?
Yes. It reads flash from f/1.0 to f/90.9 at ISO 100, cordless (you fire the flash yourself) or with a cord on the PC sync terminal.
Can I use it for video?
Yes. It has Cine and HD Cine modes with frame rates from 8 to 128 fps and shutter angles from 45° to 360°, accurate to one-tenth of a stop.
Does it read incident or reflected light?
Both: incident light, and reflected light through a built-in lens with a 40° reception angle.
What battery does it use?
One AA battery (1.5 V).

The Sekonic Flashmate L-308X is a pocket-size light meter that reads ambient light and flash, for stills and for video. It tells you the aperture and shutter speed to set, so the first frame is already right, in the studio, on location or on set.

Good to know: this is a light meter, so it measures light and does not fire your flash by radio. In cordless mode you trigger the flash yourself; for a cord, use the PC sync terminal.
