How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat & Meethaq credit-card holders can pay online over 12 months, 0% interest, no fees, on orders from 100.000 OMR (website or app). Omani nationals 18+ can apply for our in-house plan (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Can it keep my router and lights on during a power cut?
Yes. Leave them plugged into it: it switches to battery in under 30 ms, so a router or lights won't notice.
What can the 500 W outlet run?
Devices up to 500 W, and X-Boost lets some heating-type devices up to 1,000 W run at reduced power. Kettles and ACs above that won't run.
Can I charge it with solar?
Yes, up to 220 W of solar input. Our EcoFlow 160 W lightweight panel is within that.

The EcoFlow RIVER 2 Max stores 512 Wh in a LiFePO4 battery that keeps 80% of its capacity after 3,000 cycles. It charges from the wall in about an hour, or from solar, and switches over in under 30 ms if the mains drops.
