How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 5.250 OMR for in-stock items. Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns cover manufacturing defects only, within 15 days, with the box, all contents and the invoice - not change of mind. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Will this fit my Sony camera?
Yes — it's built for Sony E-mount full-frame bodies (and also covers APS-C).
What comes in the box?
The lens, front/rear caps, hood (LH1139-01), a padded pouch, a shoulder strap, and the TS-171 tripod socket.
Can I use a Sigma teleconverter with it?
No — Sigma's TC-1411/TC-2011 teleconverters are matched to this lens but are L-Mount only; they don't work on this Sony E-mount version.
Can I handhold this at F2?
Yes for short bursts — it's a heavy lens at 1,800g, but the 6.5-stop OS2 stabiliser with a panning mode makes handheld sports and portrait work practical.
Is 200mm at F2 too fast? For sports and portraits, that's the point.
The Sigma 200mm F/2 DG OS | Sports is the world's first 200mm F2 full-frame mirrorless prime, built for professionals who shoot indoor sports in low light and portrait photographers who want extreme subject separation. On Sony E-mount it pairs Sigma's HLA (High-response Linear Actuator) autofocus motor with a 6.5-stop Optical Stabiliser (OS2 algorithm, with a dedicated panning mode) for sharp handheld shots even at F2.
