How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat & Meethaq credit-card holders can pay online over 12 months, 0% interest, no fees, on orders from 100.000 OMR (website or app). Omani nationals 18+ can apply for our in-house plan (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Do I pay a monthly fee, and where are the videos saved?
eufy says there is no monthly fee for notifications or recording. Videos save locally on a microSD card up to 128 GB, in the slot under the camera lens. No card is included.
Does it work with Alexa, Google Assistant or HomeKit?
It works with smart displays that use Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. It does not support Apple HomeKit.
What does privacy mode do?
With one press the camera turns away to a preset position, such as a wall, then turns off and stops recording.

Good to know: No microSD card is included, so you need your own card (up to 128 GB). The camera does not support Apple HomeKit. With a HomeBase 3 it supports the storage function only.
