How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat & Meethaq credit-card holders can pay online over 12 months, 0% interest, no fees, on orders from 100.000 OMR (website or app). Omani nationals 18+ can apply for our in-house plan (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

How do I change how soft or focused the light is?
Slide the umbrella's shaft deeper into or further out of the holder on your light. Profoto designed the deep shape so this focuses or spreads the light.
Will it fit my flash?
It has an 8 mm (5/16 in) shaft. Check that the umbrella holder on your flash or light takes an 8 mm shaft.
Can I add a diffuser?
Yes. The Profoto Umbrella M Diffuser -1.5 pulls over the front for softer, more even light; it is sold separately.

The Profoto Umbrella Deep White M opens to 105 cm (41 in). Its deep, parabolic shape gives more control than a flat umbrella: slide the shaft in or out of the light's umbrella holder to focus or spread the light. Profoto recommends it as a main light for portraits in the studio and on location.
