Its premium optical design of 17 elements in 11 groups (4 aspherical and 4 SLD elements) controls aberrations for edge-to-edge sharpness, while an 11-blade aperture renders smooth bokeh. It focuses as close as 0.28m (up to 0.21x magnification) and carries a 67mm filter thread.
