Short answer: Skyorbits in-house installments let Omani nationals aged 18 or over split a cart of 200.000 OMR or more into three payments, with no bank, no interest and no fees. Add your items to the cart on our website or app, sign in, and on the payment page choose In-house Installment. Fill in the short form with your name as on your ID card, nationality, income and date of birth, press Send my details, then Submit request. Our management reviews every request and replies by email, and you can follow the status in your account. Once approved, come to our showroom in Al Khoudh with your original ID card, pay the first part and take your item home. The two remaining payments fall 30 and 60 days later, and we remind you before each one. Applicants under 21 need a co-signer aged 21 or over. Not Omani? Bank credit-card installment plans are open to everyone.

Come to our showroom in Al Khoudh in person with your original ID card (a copy is not accepted), pay the first part and take your item home. The second payment falls after 30 days and the last after 60 days, and we remind you by WhatsApp and email before each one.

Signed in with Apple or Google in the app?
In-house installments need an Omani number on your account. If you signed in with Apple or Google, open Account, then Link your WhatsApp number in the app, and the option appears on the payment page. Your basket stays as it is.
Not Omani?
In-house installments are for Omani nationals only. Everyone else can spread the cost with a bank credit-card installment plan on the same payment page.

Who can apply for in-house installments?
Omani nationals aged 18 or over, for carts of 200.000 OMR or more. Every request needs management approval, and approval is not guaranteed. Applicants under 21 need a co-signer aged 21 or over.
Is there any interest or fee?
No. You pay the price including VAT, split into three parts, with no interest and no admin fee.
When do I pay?
The first part when you collect at the showroom, then two payments after 30 and 60 days. The later amount is at most 400.000 OMR, so on bigger carts the first part is larger.
Do I send my ID card with the request?
No. We do not ask for your ID card with the request, only after management pre-approval, and you bring the original when you collect.
Can someone else collect for me?
No. You must come in person with your original ID card; a copy is not accepted.
Why does the in-house option ask me to sign in?
Your request and its status are kept in your account, so you sign in first, then choose In-house Installment on the payment page.
Can I apply in the app?
Yes. The steps are the same in the Skyorbits app, and the status of your request shows in your account there too.
I'm not Omani. Can I pay in installments?
Yes, with a bank credit-card installment plan on the same payment page. In-house installments are for Omani nationals only.
