Questions our customers asked
Will it work with my laptop?
If its USB-C port supports video out (DisplayPort Alt Mode), yes. Charge-only USB-C ports won't show a picture. Not sure? Send us your laptop model on WhatsApp.
Does it need a driver?
No — it uses the laptop's own USB-C video output.
Plug a DisplayPort monitor into your USB-C laptop — 4K at 60Hz.
Genuine's adapter turns a USB-C port into a DisplayPort output, for monitors that have DP but no HDMI or USB-C input.
- Output: DisplayPort, up to 4K @ 60Hz
- Input: USB-C
Who it's for: anyone with a USB-C laptop and a monitor that only has a DisplayPort input.
No driver: it uses the laptop's own USB-C video output, so there is nothing to install.
Model: GN-TC41F.
Why buy from Skyorbits: VAT-inclusive pricing in OMR and fast delivery across Oman.
Good to know: the USB-C port on your laptop or phone must support video out (DisplayPort Alt Mode) — charge-only ports won't show a picture.
