How long does delivery take in Oman?
Home delivery is 2.100 OMR including VAT (free from 50.000 OMR) across Oman in 1-2 working days. Collection from a courier office is 1.050 OMR (free from 50.000 OMR). Express within Bawshar and Seeb is 4.200 OMR for in-stock items (free on orders from 500.000 OMR). Showroom pickup in Al Khoudh is free.
Does Skyorbits handle warranty claims?
Yes - we submit every warranty claim for you. Electronic items carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the purchase date; keep the box and contents for the first 15 days.
Can I pay in installments?
Installments: Bank Muscat and Meethaq credit-card plans for everyone, or our in-house plan for Omani nationals 18+ (from 200.000 OMR, approval needed).
What is the return and exchange policy?
If an item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it within 15 days with the box, all contents and the invoice. We can't take back a working item for a change of mind, so ask us before you buy and we'll help you choose. After 15 days we send the item to the authorized service center. Exchanges are handled case by case.
How do I request a repair?
Start a repair or warranty request online, then bring the device, invoice and box (within 15 days) to our Al Khoudh showroom in Muscat. We track every case in our system.

Does it fit my HERO12 Black or older GoPro?
No. GoPro states the Enduro battery for HERO13 Black is not compatible with previous GoPros. Older HERO9 to HERO12 Black cameras use a different Enduro pack.
Which cameras does it fit?
GoPro lists HERO13 Black, MISSION 1, MISSION 1 PRO and MISSION 1 PRO ILS.
What is in the pack?
Two Enduro rechargeable batteries. GoPro lists them as replacements or spares for the battery that comes with the camera.
Does your HERO13 Black die before the shot is over? Carry a second Enduro battery, cold-rated to -10 °C.
The GoPro Enduro 2-pack (AEBAT-201) holds two 1900 mAh Enduro batteries for the HERO13 Black. GoPro lists them as spares for the battery that comes with the camera.
- Capacity: 1900 mAh per battery; two batteries in the pack
- Fits: HERO13 Black, and GoPro's MISSION 1, MISSION 1 PRO and MISSION 1 PRO ILS. GoPro states it is not compatible with previous GoPros
- Cold weather: GoPro says it keeps running in below-freezing temperatures down to -10 °C (14 °F)
- Runtime: GoPro quotes about 1.5 hours at 5.3K30 and over 2.5 hours at 1080p30 (tested at 25 °C, Wide lens, Bluetooth, HyperSmooth and both screens on)
Good to know: this pack is for the HERO13 Black. It does not fit older GoPro models (HERO12 Black and earlier use a different battery).
