Questions our customers asked
Which cameras does it fit?
This version has a Sony E mount and covers APS-C. On full frame it frames like a 50 mm.
Does it have autofocus for video and portraits?
Yes. An STM stepper motor drives the autofocus, with eye and object tracking, and focus breathing is kept minimal.
How do I update the firmware?
Through the USB-C port on the lens mount.
An f/1.2 autofocus prime that gives your APS-C Sony the classic 50mm look.
The Sirui Sniper 33mm f/1.2 covers APS-C and frames like a 50mm on full frame — the everyday focal length for portraits, food and still life. The f/1.2 maximum aperture separates a subject from its background cleanly and keeps shooting into the evening without pushing ISO.
Autofocus is driven by an STM stepper motor: quiet, accurate, and steady on eye and object tracking even while the subject moves. Focus breathing is kept minimal, which matters as much to video as to stills. Extra-low dispersion and high-refractive elements hold the optics compact while controlling flare and ghosting, and a USB-C port on the mount takes firmware updates directly.
Who it's for: Sony APS-C shooters who want one fast normal prime for portraits and low light.
